SCI was founded in 1997, in the greater Washington DC area with a primary mission of helping the Federal Government modernize its Information Technology assets. Over the years, SCI’s clients extended beyond Federal Government to the commercial sector and its geographical reach covered the entire USA. We have leveraged our offshore resources, as required to add value to our clients. SCI offers “end-to-end” Information Technology and Management Services including Architecture, Design, Development, Deployment, and Operations.

SCI led IT solutions are premised on one primary objective- Customer Delight. We have realized this objective, time and again with many of our Federal Government customers- Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)/NIH- National Library of Medicine (NLM), National Cancer Institute (NCI); Department of Commerce- US Patents and Trademarks Office (USPTO); Department of Homeland Security (DHS)- US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS); US Department of Agriculture (USDA)- National Agricultural Library (NAL); US Department of Treasury, to name a few.
